A sophisticated yet collegial litigation boutique is expanding its Los Angeles team and is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. The group handles commercial disputes across a range of industries, representing national companies in high-stakes litigation and arbitration..
Qualification
- 3+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment
- Excellent research and writing skills are required and clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong, independent legal writing through a substantive writing sample
- Strong litigation experience, including meaningful exposure to discovery and motion practice. Deposition experience is desirable but not required
- Experience with complex commercial disputes required; CRE-related litigation and/or white-collar investigations is a plus
