Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Spearhead high-level brainstorming sessions and drive innovative visual explorations to establish bold creative directions.
- Research market trends, emerging aesthetic styles, and audience insights to develop original design concepts that align with strategic objectives.
- Supervise, inspire, and mentor a team of creative designers, fostering an environment that encourages out-of-the-box thinking.
- Manage timelines, prioritize workflows, and ensure all design assets are produced on time without compromising visual quality.
- Translate overarching brand and campaign strategies into compelling visual language across diverse channels, including digital media, print, video, physical events, and emerging platforms.
- Craft persuasive pitch decks, creative treatments, and narrative-driven proposals that clearly communicate campaign vision to key stakeholders.
- Utilize visual mockups, moodboards, and narrative frameworks to turn abstract ideas into actionable and marketable concepts.
- Articulate and pitch creative ideas,



visual treatments, and design rationale effectively to team leaders and executive leadership.
- Incorporate strategic feedback into creative revisions while maintaining the core integrity and impact of the design vision.

Requirements :
- Min 3 years in creative content, art direction, and social media strategy within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong visual aesthetic and storytelling skills; proficient in developing creative treatments, moodboards, and translating brand identity into compelling visuals.
- Experienced in managing complete photoshoot and video campaign lifecycles, including styling, set design, lighting, photography, and videography.
- Proven capability in production budgeting, budget tracking, and cost control across talents, equipment, crews, and locations.
