Perform, coordinate and execute sales activities for special accounts, to reach sales targets goals to contribute in Etihad's revenue objectives achievement

Accountabilities
- Participate in defining sales strategy andobjectivesto ensure alignment with overall Etihadobjectivesandexternal trends in conjunction with the General Manager. Develop,implementand manage the local sales channelstrategy with guidance from the Business Development Unitin order toensure the maximization of Etihad reachand revenue and profitability possibilities.
- Partner with Sales Strategy and Planning to develop,monitorand report on sales plans to ensure salesstrategy is properly implemented across the markets and that all available tools, data and insight are beingeffectively used to ensure expected results are reached.
- Act as chief coach for your team, working with general sales enablement to ensure you have a data led, insightdriven and innovative sales team. Motivate,coachand lead the commercial team to exceed targets.

- Working with the regional business development unit, define territory/channel sales targets to ensure consistentcontribution to overall Etihad results.
- Manage and coordinate dealing with partners to ensure achievement of agreed targets and respect of termsand conditions
- Develop and implement sales & marketing initiatives to ensure key revenue targets are met within budget
- Monitor sales KPIs and dashboards (based on revenue and cost of sale targets) toidentifyareas ofimprovement, new initiatives and propose corrective actions
- Develop close working relationships with local and international partners toidentifyjoint marketing activitiesand strategies to boost sales
- Act as a sounding board and business partner to create and update current policies and stakeholder contractsensuring compliance with the Etihad’s processes, policies,toolsand the overall business strategy.
