Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and promote Schaeffler’s product portfolio through distributors.
- Achieve the sales and profit targets for the Distribution Business in Indonesia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key end customers.
- Increase Schaeffler’s market share through distributors and end-user sales.
- Support distributors in winning contracts with their customers.
- Organize product and technical seminars with the Marketing and MRO Sales teams.
- Develop distribution partners and improve their sales performance.
- Support the JSEAP Management team in developing and improving the business strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities and opportunities for Schaeffler products and services.




- Support Sales Engineers in strategic sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Prepare market analyses and competitor comparisons.
- Improve understanding of distributors’ customer bases together with the MRO team.
- Propose pricing policies and structures in line with the regional pricing strategy.
- Identify and develop new sales channels.
- Organize the distribution network by region, industry, and business function.
- Review distributor performance every quarter, including sales results and order fulfillment.
- Manage and resolve conflicts within the distribution channel.
- Set annual sales targets with distributors by product and industry sector.
- Implement thePartner End-User Sales Program to increase Schaeffler’s market share.
