- Guide and mentor the design team, fostering creativity and alignment with the Creative Director's vision to achieve seasonal design goals.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis to drive creative and commercially successful design concepts.
- Supervise the creation of tech packs, fabric selection, and sample development to ensure alignment with quality and brand standards.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to align designs with market demand and business objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication with vendors and internal teams to address technical design challenges and ensure smooth production processes.
- Oversee fittings and provide feedback to ensure designs meet the brand’s creative and technical specifications.
- Establish and manage timelines for research, development, and product launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements :




- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- Having minimum experience of 7 years as fashion designer.
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO to create high-quality design files.
- Strong understanding of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric properties.
- Knowledge of production processes, including cutting, stitching, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with mass production techniques and machinery used in apparel manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and production timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve design and production-related issues.
