- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective financial control systems and processes
- Supervise a team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure financial stability
- Provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting
- Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
