Assistant Vice President
We’re hiring We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our Construction, Power & Infrastructure (CPI) team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
Client Servicing & Broking
- Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned CPI clients.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, quotations, placement activities and policy documentation.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, reinsurers and lenders on insurance matters.
- Manage lender insurance requirements and documentation, including projects involving overseas lenders.
- Review policy wordings and ensure accurate coverage placement and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings,
presentations and site surveys where required.
Placement & Business Development
- Understand insurance and reinsurance structures, placement processes and market practices.
- Work with the reinsurance and placement teams to develop solutions for renewals and new business opportunities.
- Support tender submissions, renewal presentations and client proposals.
- Contribute to new business acquisition, project expansions and pipeline development.
- Maintain opportunities, lead lists and business pipelines within Aon Connect.
Financial & Administration
- Prepare pre-invoices and supporting documentation and ensure timely issuance to clients.
- Monitor premium collections and follow up outstanding payments with clients and Finance.
- Manage credit control activities for assigned accounts.
- Support CPI forecasting, budgeting and revenue tracking.
