- Develop annual and monthly production planning based on company forecasts
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in line with production requirements
- Monitor and evaluate inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze data within the ERP system
- Anticipate demand changes and adjust planning in a timely and accurate manner
- Supervise and lead the PPIC team in daily operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth supply chain processes
- Prepare regular reports related to production, inventory, and supply performance
- Drive continuous improvement in PPIC systems and processes

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacist, Management,



or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong understanding of Production Planning & Inventory Control processes
- Familiar with CPOB standards
- Proficient in using ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in data processing
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Adaptive, a problem solver, and able to work in a dynamic environment
