Client & Business Development Manager – APAC & Middle East

Role Overview

Training The Street is seeking a highly organised, client-friendly and commercially aware Client & Business Development Manager to support the growth, delivery and management of training programs across APAC and the Middle East. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and the wider APAC team, the role involves managing selected client relationships, responding to incoming requests, shaping tailored training solutions, preparing proposals, coordinating delivery and supporting regional marketing activity.

This is not a purely administrative role, nor a pure cold-sales role. It requires someone who combines strong organisation with client confidence, commercial judgement and solution-selling awareness, and who can help drive regional growth through excellent relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Support




- Manage selected client accounts and develop relationships across APAC and the Middle East, with senior support where needed
- Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for client queries, follow-ups and program coordination
- Ensure clients receive timely, professional and well-organised responses
- Build strong client relationships through a positive, energetic and polished communication style

Business Development, Solution Sales & Regional Growth Support
- Support targeted business development activity across the region, including follow-ups with existing clients and warm prospects
- Use a consultative, solution-sales mindset to understand client training needs, ask thoughtful questions and help position the most relevant TTS capabilities
- Work with regional and general marketing colleagues to design campaigns that generate new client conversations
