Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development and sales activities across the Indonesian market.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute market penetration and account acquisition strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to refine go-to-market plans and growth initiatives.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.

- 3-8+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new customers.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, digital transformation, manufacturing solutions, or enterprise software is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
