Responsibilities
- Personally conduct hands-on sourcing and headhunting.
- Map competitors and relevant companies to identify potential talent.
- Directly approach passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs.
- Build talent pipelines for sales, technical, engineering, service, and leadership positions.
- Build and maintain an industry talent database.
- Work directly with Management and Division Heads to understand critical hiring needs.
- Assess candidates based on presente industry experience, performance, technical knowledge, customer network, and leadership capability.
- Develop stronger recruitment and candidate-assessment processes.
- Build pipelines for critical positions before vacancies become urgent.
