Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage bazaars, exhibitions, pop-up stores, and other sales-driven retail events.
- Develop event sales targets, budgets, manpower plans, stock requirements, and execution timelines.
- Ensure all event preparations are completed, including venue, booth, inventory, cashier, logistics, permits, and manpower.
- Monitor event sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve targets.
- Review event profitability and prepare post-event performance reports.
- Work closely with Sales, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and other related teams.
- Improve event processes, cost efficiency, and execution standards.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations, retail events, sales activation,



trade marketing,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or multi-brand retail is preferred.
- Proven experience managing bazaars, exhibitions, pop-up stores, or similar retail events.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, event budgets, stock planning, and event profitability.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
- Willing to travel and work outside regular office hours when required.
