Jakarta People Experienced (Individual Contributor)

As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will drive learning and development programs for all employees, and manage talent management initiatives focused on high-potential employees. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training and talent needs, build curriculum and development plans, and deliver programs that grow individual and organizational capability.

Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, department heads, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
- Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.




- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of programs.
- Manage the end-to-end process for identifying high-potential employees.
- Build and track individual development plans for high-potential talent.
- Coordinate talent review cycles and support succession planning by tracking readiness and development progress of key talent pools.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of L&D; and talent programs, recommending improvements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR role, with a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful programs.
