Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee product costing activities to ensure accurate product cost calculations.
- Calculate and maintain inventory unit costs, including landed cost allocation for imported and locally sourced inventory.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation using appropriate costing methodologies.
- Perform and monitor Inventory Reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Manage and reconcile Deposits and GR/NI (Goods Receipt/Not Invoiced) balances.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and costing discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvements in costing, inventory management, and financial reporting processes.
- Support management in decision-making by preparing accurate costing analyses, inventory reports, and financial insights.
- Assist in system enhancement initiatives, process improvements,



and ERP implementation related to costing and inventory management.
- Lead and support the team to ensure timely completion of daily operations, month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 3 years experience as a Accounting Inventory, Costing Specialist, or Costing Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Product Costing
- Inventory Unit Price Calculation
- Landed Cost Calculation and Allocation
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Deposit & Goods recipt Reconciliation
- Solid understanding of inventory accounting, inventory valuation, and costing principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
