How can you make a difference?





The purpose of this assignment is to consolidate and operationalize UNICEF Peru’s IF4C agenda by developing an institutionally owned territorial investment pipeline for children, initially in Arequipa or another prioritized region; integrating CLIF into existing public investment and public-private processes where it adds value; and accompanying priority projects toward actionable structuring and financing pathways. Based on evidence and lessons from the Peru pilot, the consultant will also support LACRO in assessing which elements may be transferable or adaptable to other LAC contexts.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in political science, International Relations, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- A master's or doctoral degree will be considered an asset
