- Serve as the primary support for ePM Managers by ensuring excellent execution of operational activities, while providing insights from ePM initiatives and data analytics to accelerate eCommerce business performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the Data Bank Collection and Dashboard Visualization by integrating data across all eCommerce functions. This includes connecting commercial, performance marketing, operational, and financial data streams to create meaningful visualizations and analyses that address business challenges, identify trends, and improve overall business performance.
- Drive data excellence through reporting and insights related to business performance and marketing budget utilization. Analyze business activities and their impact to provide actionable recommendations. Examples include Media GMV contribution analysis, Cost-to-Income Ratio monitoring, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) evaluation, identification of opportunities in new market categories, and insights to enhance business performance.




- Manage performance marketing optimization across both on-platform and off-platform channels, including planning, monitoring, and execution. Ensure alignment of performance marketing initiatives with Key Account Managers (KAM), Marketing teams, Agencies, and eCommerce platforms.
- Manage Precision Marketing activities through the execution and monitoring of campaigns that leverage upper-funnel marketing data (Know & Get). Deliver end-to-end project management excellence across Performance Marketing, Data, and Precision Marketing initiatives.
- Optimize platform and off-platform media investments across eCommerce platforms by utilizing data-driven insights to achieve optimal business results.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Performance Marketing and Data projects across all eCommerce platforms.
