Remedy Tour, part of Arkana Group, is looking for a Travel Umrah Manager to lead our Umrah travel business, overseeing operations, developing travel packages, building a strong team, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Umrah travel packages based on market needs
- Oversee and ensure smooth Umrah travel operations
- Build, lead, and develop the operational team
- Develop and execute marketing activities to support sales targets
- Manage relationships with vendors/partners and continuously evaluate and improve business and operational processes

Requirements
- Strong understanding of the business processes and business model of the Umrah travel industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Umrah travel industry; managerial experience is a plus




- Proven experience in Umrah travel operations and management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development/marketing skills
