At HONOR, we are looking for a Channel Finance Coordinator to join our Peru Finance team and become a key partner to the business, supporting growth through financial analysis, channel incentive management, risk control, and process optimization.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end calculation, reconciliation, and settlement of channel rebates and tactical incentives across distributors, key accounts, and core retailers.
- Standardize settlement workflows and improve the efficiency of financial processes.
- Monitor incentive execution to ensure compliance and prevent risks such as double claims, arbitrage, and fraud.
- Evaluate channel incentives and promotional policies from a financial feasibility perspective.
- Analyze ROI by product model and channel to support smarter resource allocation and business decisions.
- Manage credit ratings, credit limits, accounts receivable collection, and reconciliation.
- Monitor channel inventory levels and turnover to mitigate stockout and overstock risks.




- Identify pain points within financial and settlement processes.
- Implement automated tools and solutions to reduce manual work and strengthen business-finance integration.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data/Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Finance or Sales Analysis.
- Experience in channel finance or rebate management is highly valued.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Smart Devices, or FMCG is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to optimize processes and ensure compliance.
