The role supports the Corporate Compliance function in managing shareholder and bondholder administration, corporate actions, and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with capital market regulations and internal policies.

Share & Bond Administration:Assist in recording and maintaining shareholder and bondholder data.Prepare periodic reports related to share and bond ownership for internal use and regulatory submissions.Support the processing of dividend payments, bond interest, and other securities-related transactions.

Corporate Actions: Support the preparation of documentation for General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Board of Commissioners meetings, and other corporate actions (e.g., stock split, rights issue, share buyback,
bond conversion).Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external parties for the execution of corporate actions.Maintain and archive legal and administrative documents in compliance with applicable regulations
