What you will do:
- Lead new distribution and investment partnership opportunities, from evaluation and negotiation through deal execution.
- Manage and support existing partner labels, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term business growth.
- Oversee day-to-day distribution operations to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop the distribution team, driving performance and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner success and execute strategic initiatives.

Who you are:

Technical Capabilities:
- 15+ years proven experience in music distribution, label relations, business development,



or partnership management within the music industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of negotiating and executing distribution, or investment agreements.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker, capable of translating business insights into actionable growth strategies.
