Job Description

Work on one of the most ambitious digital transformation programs in Indonesia.As M anager – Technology Policy and Innovation at MSC, you will play a key role in leading and supporting MSC’s Centre for Responsible Technologies (CRT) in the design, development, and implementation of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) solutions across multiple countries.This position will work at the intersection of technology,



public policy, digital transformation, and innovation. The role involves extensive engagement with government agencies, donors, private sector partners, and internal MSC teams to manage technical assistance assignments, lead requirement gathering, drive solution design, and support implementation across diverse digital initiatives such as Digital ID, Data Sharing, AI/ML, Cloud, and open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

Business Execution
- Lead or support major technical assistance assignments focused on digital solutions, Digital ID, Data Sharing, and DPI components.
- Manage client interactions and project execution, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
- Lead requirement gathering, issue analysis, solution design, and development of practical technical recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, technical reports, solution architecture inputs, and roadmaps to go
