About the Job

There is an exciting opportunity with Esperance Home Care for aGardener Home Maintenance Worker.



This position is responsible forproviding gardening and home maintenance services for older peopleand younger people living with disabilities within the Shire ofEsperance to help them live independently and to keep their homesin a safe and habitable condition within the resourcesavailable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist client with gardening and maintenance tasksincluding lawn mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, sweeping andremoving garden clippings.
- Carry out general yard clearing and rubbish removal.
- Undertake light maintenance duties in the home such assmall repairs, changing light bulbs, changing washers, fixingminor leaks and blockages and fixing paths in the garden.
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of the Home Care car and busfleet.

This is a casual position.
