We are partnering with a growing US-based Pet Health technology company to recruit a Senior GTM Engineer . In this role, you will serve as the lead builder for our go-to-market systems and revenue technology stack. You will translate architectural vision into robust, scalable technical implementations, designing end-to-end automated workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and middleware tools to streamline customer journeys and optimize business operations. Position Details Work Model: 100% Remote (Full-time, 40 hours/week, long-term commitment). Target Regions: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, or Uruguay. Industry: Pet Health / B2B & PLG SaaS. Language Requirement: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+ level minimum). Key Responsibilities GTM Engineering & Implementation: Build and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and automated workflows connecting tools like Clay, Gong, and HubSpot to capture intent, fit, and engagement signals. Systems Architecture & Integration: Design and maintain robust system integrations,



leveraging native connections, APIs, and middleware (Make.com, Zapier, Xappex G-Connector). Declarative & Custom Development: Prioritize declarative configurations (Salesforce Flow) and implement Apex code when custom programming is necessary. Optimization & Scalability: Refactor legacy systems, map GTM processes, identify performance bottlenecks, and execute sprint tasks aligned with the product roadmap. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and CX Operations to ensure data alignment across the entire customer lifecycle while maintaining clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
