Job Description

Work on one of the most ambitious digitaltransformation programs in Indonesia. As Assistant Manager at MSC, you will guide national reforms in digital ID, G2Pdelivery, and digital public infrastructure working directly with topgovernment agencies, general development partners, and a world-class technicalteam.



This is role is for a ecosystem builder and reform champion who wants toshape systems that impact millions of people while growing MSC’s global digitalgovernance portfolio.

Assistant Manager – TechnologyPolicy and Innovation will play a key role in supporting MSC’s Centre forResponsible Technologies (CRT) in the design, development, and implementationof Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) solutions across multiple countries.

This positionwill work at the intersection of technology, public policy, digitaltransformation, and innovation. The role involves extensive engagement withgovernment agencies, donors, private sector partners, and internal MSC teams tomanage technical assistance assignments, lead requirement gathering, drivesolution design, and support implementation across diverse digital initiativessuch as Digital ID, Data Sharing, AI/ML, Cloud, and open-source technologies.
