The
Manager, Sales - Peru
is responsible for leading the execution of the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion within the region. They lead a team of sales professionals while maintaining direct responsibility for developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business development efforts throughout the region. As a player-coach, they actively participate in customer engagement activities, sales pursuits, and account development while providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to the sales team. They bring strong sales leadership capabilities with hands-on commercial execution and a focus on delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and new business development objectives.
- Lead the day-to-day activities of the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.
