Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based clients. We are recruiting a high-performance Sales Closer for a business consulting and AI automation agency that builds custom AI agents and intelligent systems for small businesses across the U.S. Solutions start at $1,500 USD.
This is a solo role. There is no sales manager above you, no team to lean on, and no one to tell you what to do next. That's intentional. We need someone completely self-driven who brings structure to the commercial function from day one and closes deals with confidence and consistency.

Schedule: Full-time · 160 hrs/month · Adaptable to cover U.S. time zones (approx. 10:00 AM EST – 7:00 PM PST)

What you'll do
Take pre-qualified sales calls and lead the full consultative conversation from discovery through close
Understand each prospect's business challenges and articulate clearly how our custom AI systems solve them
Present and position AI automation solutions compellingly, handling pricing, objections, and final decisions with confidence
Close deals starting at $1,500 USD and identify upsell opportunities within accounts
Build and maintain structure in the commercial function — own your pipeline, follow-ups, and metrics
Track all sales activity and deal status in the CRM with discipline and consistency
Follow up professionally with prospects who do not close on the first call
Operate fully independently — no micromanagement, no hand-holding, full ownership of results
