Responsibilities

- Lead, monitor, develop, and analyze the Salesforce system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and integrations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Design and develop dashboards for real-time business insights and decision-making support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports to support operational and strategic objectives.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience as a Salesforce Data Analyst.




- Strong technical and soft skills related to Salesforce.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Customer 360.
