Every client has a Special Project Lead accountable for execution, delivery and quality control. Organic Growth pairs that lead with matched Reddit specialists; Enterprise adds authorised company accounts, brand-community operations and agreed coverage. Rouse is independent of Reddit.

About The Role

What this role does at Rouse.

Reddit Community Specialists do the participation work at the centre of Organic Growth. Matched to categories you know, you study the relevant communities, understand their rules and tone, and prepare useful, well-disclosed contributions for review. Engagements target reviewed contributions each month, not volume.

This is a contract role for people who already know their subject and their communities. You work with a Special Project Lead who reviews contributions before they are published and with researchers who supply briefs. Every contribution is recorded in the client’s delivery portal with the response it received.

Help brands contribute with context instead of interrupting the room.

What you’ll do

What you would own.

- Study community rules, moderators, recurring questions and conversation patterns for assigned categories




- Prepare useful contributions that answer real questions and disclose the brand relationship
- Submit contributions for review and incorporate feedback quickly
- Follow responses, reply where useful and surface important context to the lead
- Record every interaction accurately for the delivery portal and monthly report
- Flag communities or threads where participation would not be welcome

What we’re looking for

Experience that fits.

- Genuine subject-matter knowledge in at least one category such as software, finance, health, consumer or B2B services
- An active, well-regarded Reddit history in the communities you would work in
- Writes naturally for Reddit: helpful, specific and never promotional
- Comfortable with disclosure rules and moderator expectations
- Reliable: you meet review deadlines and record your work
- Available for an agreed number of reviewed contributions each month

Nice to have

Helpful, not required.

- Moderation experience
- Experience writing for a brand under review
- Fluency in a second language used by relevant communities

Your first 90 days

- 01Complete Rouse’s disclosure and review onboarding
- 02Deliver your first month of reviewed contributions for one client
- 03Document the norms of your assigned communities for the research library
