Gorkha Warrior Creator is looking for motivated TikTok creators, team leaders, and managers to join our growing agency. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating content, or helping others succeed, we want to hear from you!

We help creators develop their skills, grow their audience, and work toward their TikTok LIVE goals through coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.

Opportunities available

- TikTok LIVE Creators: Host engaging livestreams, build your community, participate in agency activities, and work toward agreed performance targets.
- Team Leaders: Recruit and welcome creators, support your team, encourage consistent LIVE activity, and help members reach their goals.
- Managers: Oversee recruitment and onboarding, support team leaders and creators, monitor performance, coordinate activities, and help grow the agency.

Requirements

- A valid, active TikTok account is required for every role.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
- A commitment to following TikTok’s community and LIVE rules.
- For team leaders and managers: the ability to recruit, organize, motivate, and support a team. Relevant experience is an advantage.

Compensation

Compensation depends on the role and agreed terms. Incentive-back payments are subject to meeting specified targets and eligibility requirements. Payment rates, targets, and arrangements will be explained before you join.
