Mô tả công việc

Core Purpose Build out the UGC ecosystem. Recruit, brief, grow and measure the local creator base as the primary organic acquisition engine. Deliberately split from Community while headcount is thin and the work is IC heavy (Moonton model).

Scope of work

1. Creator management

- Source, negotiate with and contract local creators.
- Prepare campaign briefs and review creator content before publication.

2. Performance and resourcing

- Track creator content performance and reallocate spend accordingly.
- Manage the creator collaborator.
- Work to a planning assumption of approximately 30 to 50 creators per specialist.

3. Key Deliverables

- Creator roster and tiering




- Monthly creator content calendar
- Creator performance reporting
- Cost per creator install view

Yêu cầu

- Creator, KOL or influencer marketing experience: sourcing, negotiation and contracting.
- Experience reviewing creator content and managing a roster at scale (planning assumption 30 to 50 creators per specialist).
- Some experience directing a collaborator or intern.

Skills and knowledge

- Solid performance monitoring and data handling skills.
- Comfortable reallocating spend based on content performance data.
- Working knowledge of content planning, campaign operations, player insight and brand management.

Delivery track record

- Results on creator-attributed installs and reach, cost per organic install and UGC output volume.

Other

- Strong local creator network in Indonesia; fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
