Business Support Analyst – Client Focus (CardPayments) Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role inbridging business needs, client success, and operational excellencewithin the card payments industry. This hybrid role combinesBusiness Analysis, Client Relationship Management, ServiceDelivery, and Production Support, making it idóneo for professionalswho thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments. What You'llDo Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients,building strong, trusted relationships.

Gather, analyse, anddocument business requirements for enhancements and changerequests. Coordinate solution delivery, testing, UAT, releases, andsuccessful go-lives. Support system configuration, validation, andimplementation activities.

Manage production incidents, servicerequests, and operational escalations. Ensure timely issueresolution in line with agreed SLAs. Collaborate with technical,delivery, and QA teams to drive successful outcomes.

Lead rootcause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives.Provide regular client updates, reporting, and operationaloversight. Support training, knowledge transfer, and mentoringactivities when required.





What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years'experience in Card Payments . Strong background in businessanalysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration .Proficiency in SQL . Excellent client-facing communication andstakeholder management skills. Ability to facilitate both remoteand in-person workshops and meetings. Strong analytical,documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working withcross-functional teams in delivery and support environments.Knowledge of the payments industry is highly desirable. AdditionalRequirements Willingness to participate in a 24/7 operationalsupport roster , including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Flexibility to align with client operating hours when required.Availability to work onsite and closely collaborate with clientstakeholders during BAU operations.

Qualifications Degree inComputer Science, Business Analytics, Software Development,Business with IT, or a related field. Why Join?
