NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non-profit human service agency, is seeking a Board-Certified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our adolescent intensive residential treatment programs in Westborough, MA. secure residential programs serve up to 30 adolescents who are working to overcome serious emotional disturbances to reunify with their families and transition back to community living. These programs are licensed by the Department of Mental Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. As the Psychiatrist/Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing mental status examinations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care in collaboration with a psychiatric APRN.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and provide medication treatments and ongoing review for these adolescents in collaboration with a psychiatric APRN
- Lead all aspects of psychiatric care within the program
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including the APRN, program managers, nurses, clinicians, occupational therapists, and residential staff
