Country Manager – IndonesiaJob detailsDepartment / ExecutiveJakarta, IndonesiaFull-time## Responsibilities* Lead and grow ByteBridge’s business in Indonesia.

Develop the Indonesia market across data center, AI/GPU infrastructure, networking and enterprise IT solutions.

Own country sales targets, pipeline, forecasting and revenue growth.

Identify and develop new enterprise and data center customers.

Build relationships with key customers, vendors, system integrators, distributors and technology partners.

Lead major commercial discussions, proposals, tenders and contract negotiations.

Develop go-to-market plans and identify new business opportunities in Indonesia.

Build and manage the local team as the business grows.

Establish local sales and operational processes to support business expansion.

Work closely with APAC and general teams on sales, solutions, delivery and strategic accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.

Represent ByteBridge with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.





Take overall ownership of Indonesia business performance and country operations.## Requirements* Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT, data center, infrastructure or related technology sectors.

Strong sales and business development track record in the Indonesian market.

Experience in data center, AI/GPU infrastructure, networking, cloud or enterprise IT solutions preferred.

Strong network with Indonesian enterprise customers, data center operators and technology partners.

Proven experience developing new markets and strategic accounts.

Experience managing sales targets, pipeline, forecasting and commercial negotiations.

Strong leadership skills with experience building or managing teams.

Comfortable working in a fast-growing regional organization with a hands-on approach.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
