Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Doma.ba platform. This role includes monitoring listings and workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and helping ensure that property data is accurate and up to date.

The Operations

Coordinator will respond to user inquiries, support verified agents and agencies, and assist with resolving operational or platform-related issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining administrative records, preparing basic reports, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor operations, interpret data, and support process improvements.
- Excellent Communication abilities for coordinating with internal stakeholders, agents, agencies, and platform users.




- Experience or knowledge in Operations Management to help organize workflows and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Customer Service skills to respond to user inquiries, handle issues professionally, and maintain a positive user experience.
- Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organizing documentation, updating records, and preparing basic reports.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital environment, with good time management and self-organization.
- Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ticketing systems, online communication platforms).
- Previous experience in online platforms, real estate, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bosnian and English is beneficial.
