Role Description The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Peru. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing initiatives, managing the franchise’s online operations, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academic functions. The partner will engage in market research to identify client segments, build relationships with public and corporate clients,



and develop promotional strategies to increase enrollment in language and soft-skills courses.

Responsibilities also include recruiting and supervising teaching staff as needed, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring efficient use of Lingua Learn’s systems, including the e-commerce platform and CRM. - Strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, partnership development, and clear documentation.
