The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to own accounting operations across the LATAM entities of a high-growth US company.
This is a senior leadership position that remains substantively hands-on. You will be accountable for the close, the regional ledger, and the integrity of the books across every entity in scope, alongside full responsibility for local statutory reporting, tax compliance, and the relationships with local auditors and advisors in each market. You will also be the person who designs the close checklist, investigates the unreconciled balance through to its root cause, and rebuilds the processes that are no longer serving the business.
Reporting into US finance leadership, you will operate at the point where several distinct local reporting regimes meet a US-headquartered group reporting under US GAAP, and you will be trusted to reconcile them without either standard being compromised. Each LATAM
