As a volunteer, you will:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of instructors’ pedagogical competencies through classroom observations, interviews, review of institutional tools, analysis of academic indicators, teacher evaluation results, and student feedback.
Design and implement a training program: Develop pedagogical training modules based on active methodologies, competency-based learning, and best practices in technical education.
Pedagogical support for instructors: Conduct classroom observation visits, provide constructive feedback, and develop individualized improvement plans for each instructor.
Create pedagogical performance evaluation tools (rubrics, checklists, observation records) aligned with CETEMIN’s institutional standards.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, Educational Sciences
