About the Role

We are currently looking for a Data Analysts to join our team. As this role collaborates closely with international teams, daily communication is conducted in English. Applicants who submit their CV and application in English will be prioritized during the screening process.

Responsibilities

- Identify patterns and opportunities within large volumes of data (1M+ records per day).
- Define key business KPIs, establish alert thresholds, and determine the actions associated with each threshold.
- Develop scripts to combine and analyze data from multiple sources in order to answer critical business questions.
- Automate reports, validate data quality, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Customer Experience, and others.

Requirements





- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in digital platforms (preferably fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS).
- Advanced English level. The candidate must be able to communicate verbally in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Solid understanding of key business metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn, among others.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Big Data and Machine Learning.
- Must be based in Lima, Peru, with availability to work in Magdalena Del Mar.
