1. Go to customer sites to complete mechanical equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring equipment meets standards and is put into production;
2. Plan and carry out regular equipment inspections to reduce the probability of operational failures;
3. Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and perform repairs quickly to restore normal equipment operation;
4. Maintain equipment repair logs, issue after-sales service reports, summarize fault details, and report to supervisors and relevant departments;
5. Courteously conduct equipment operation, basic maintenance training, and hands-on demonstrations for customers;
6. Regularly inspect and maintain common tools and maintenance equipment to ensure tools are in good condition and strictly observe operational safety standards;
7.
Complete other after-sales related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Peruvian nationality, university degree, no professional restrictions, age between 25 and 35;
2. Good communication skills, polite behavior, able to clearly explain technical content, and possess customer service awareness;
3. Willing to work in Peru and proactive;
4. Able to drive, holding a valid driver's license;
5. Basic English communication skills; those who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
6. Currently residing in Peru, preferably in the capital.
