Role Description This full-time Market Research Intern role at Inmobiliaria La Torre is a hybrid position based in Lima, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern supports the market research team by collecting and organizing data on local real estate, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Daily tasks include assisting with survey design, conducting interviews or questionnaires, analyzing datasets, and preparing clear summaries and visual reports for internal stakeholders.

The role also involves monitoring online listings and market news, updating internal databases, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to understand client feedback. The intern is expected to contribute to team meetings, share insights, and maintain accurate documentation of research methods and findings.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to gather, interpret, and present real estate market data.
- Solid Analytical Skills,



including basic data analysis, use of spreadsheets, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative information.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and survey participants in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other data or visualization tools; familiarity with online survey platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and interest in the real estate sector and market intelligence.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish; basic English reading skills are a plus.
