Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in the Lima Metropolitan Area at Omnicom Media Perú. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, client portfolio growth, and profitability, ensuring that all media and marketing initiatives align with the company’s vision and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior leadership teams, guiding commercial negotiations, approving key pitches and media plans, and nurturing long-term relationships with major clients and partners.

The role also involves monitoring financial performance, allocating resources across departments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, and driving innovation in media services and digital transformation. The Owner represents the organization in industry events, fosters an inclusive and high-performance culture, and makes decisions that support sustainable growth and brand reputation in the Peruvian and regional markets.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in media, advertising, or marketing leadership,



with a strong track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large client accounts.

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and P&L; management to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and key industry partners.

- Ability to analyze market trends, audience data, and performance metrics to inform strategic and commercial decisions.

- Proven experience leading organizational change, fostering inclusive workplaces, and developing talent in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with digital media, programmatic buying, and data-driven marketing platforms is strongly preferred.
