As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who enjoys building relationships, finding new business, and turning conversations into long-term customers to join our team onsite in Miraflores, Lima.
The idóneo candidate will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, building relationships with new and existing customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is a high-velocity, metrics-driven role for someone who self-directed, coachable, and interested in learning about all our services.
Job Duties
- Research relevant businesses and identify potential customer contacts.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, follow-ups, and other means.
- Introduce products and services during initial conversations.
- Ask discovery questions to understand business needs.
- Qualify prospects according to established guidelines.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and internal sales management.
- Meet weekly metrics (KPIs).
- Maintain organized daily business development activity using a CRM.
- Use LinkedIn and other networking tools for customer connections.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in-office in Miraflores, full time.
- Comfortable initiating professional business conversations in English.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or customer development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical knowledge in Telecom/HVAC/Electrical/Construction commercial services.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
