Junior Operations & Marketing Assistant

Full-Time | Remote | Peru ??

Cacao Adventures is a small Peruvian-American family business bringing exceptional Peruvian cacao to the U.S. market.

We are looking for a curious, organized, resourceful, and proactive person in Peru to join our team full-time and work directly with our founders.

This is a junior position with a lot of opportunity to learn. We are not looking for someone who already knows how to do everything. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, researching, organizing, asking questions, and finding solutions.

What you'll help us with

Your work will be varied and may include:

- Researching and contacting suppliers in Peru and abroad
- Requesting and comparing quotes
- Coordinating packaging, printing, labels, samples, and other production needs
- Following up with suppliers and keeping projects moving
- Researching materials, colors, products, and alternatives
- Organizing information and creating simple comparisons for decision-making
- Supporting administrative and operational projects
- Assisting with Canva and basic marketing materials
- Helping with Shopify and e-commerce updates
- Uploading products, images, and information
- Supporting marketing research and projects
- Helping organize tasks and projects in ClickUp
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to research and work more efficiently

Who we're looking for

You may be a student in your final semesters, a recent graduate,



or someone beginning your professional career.

We care much more about how you think and work than having years of experience.

- A strong written communicator
- Comfortable using digital tools
- Able to read and write in English at an intermediate level

Experience with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT/AI, ClickUp, Shopify, Notion, WordPress, Amazon, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.

Position

? Remote – Peru. Some site visits will be needed to facilities in Lima.
