The path First, learn outbound: prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings with dealership leaders.Next, prove it, then move into running and closing your own deals as an account executive.Then, if you perform, help lead and train the next class.
How you get paid This role is 100 percent performance based. There is no base salary. You earn commission on every meeting that turns into revenue, and more when you source and close the deal yourself. We say this up front on purpose.
