This is a part-time program in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. No prior work experience is needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Student from Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Relations or similar (since 7th cycle)
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Part-time availability (30hs per week)
- Availability to work in Lima, Peru.
