- Ingeniero colegiado y habilitado, con experiencia no menor a 3 años en operaciones de Completación y estimulación de pozos. .
- Disponibilidad de Ingresar a Campo, Supervisar diariamente las actividades en campo, verificando el cumplimiento de los estándares HSE de SLB y del Cliente.
- Horario rotativo
- Certificaciones en el Area de HSE, normas ISO, OHSAS, sistemas de gestión
- Supervisar trabajos de alto riesgo: izajes, trabajo en altura, presion entre otros.
- Reportar e investigar incidentes, accidentes y condiciones inseguras.
- Asistirá a las reuniones de referentes de seguridad.
- Prepeferiblemente vivir en Talara, El Alto, Organos o Lobitos.

The Field HSE Specialist is responsible for supporting local managers in establishing and continuously improving the quality and health, safety and environment (HSE) culture at the worksite.
- Develop awareness and ensure quality and HSE compliance are an integral part of Line Management responsibilities and objectives.
- Assist management and support functions in:



implementing and improving the Quality and HSE Management Systems, and defining quality and HSE objectives; liaising with customers, subcontractors and agencies regarding quality and HSE; assessing local risks and generating and implementing local policies and plans; setting up controls to verify implementation and maintaining related records.
- Conduct review meetings to assess the effectiveness of the Quality and HSE Management Systems and identify required improvements.
- Coordinate and participate screening and training of personnel, including subcontractors.
- Keep abreast of new developments or policies related to quality and HSE, and inform management accordingly.
- Ensure that HSE documentation is readily available on site.
- Advise management on compliance with local and national HSE regulations of the host country.
