Representative Officer with experience in Financial Institutions, Trade Finance, and International Banking. The role combines business development, financial analysis, strategic relationship management, and institutional representation, serving as a key liaison between the local financial market and Head Office.
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, and other key stakeholders across the local and international financial markets.
- Identify business opportunities and promote Trade Finance, Cash Management, International Payments, and Capital Markets solutions across the financial institutions under coverage.
- Represent the Bank before financial institutions, clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders across Peru and assigned markets.
- Analyze financial statements, risk metrics, and the performance of financial institutions to support commercial and credit-related decision-making.
- Prepare business proposals, executive reports, and presentations for Head Office and internal risk and business committees.
- Coordinate closely with international teams across Financial Institutions, Trade Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Business Units to support regional initiatives.
- Lead commercial meetings with correspondent banks and institutional clients, strengthening the Bank's positioning within the local financial market.
- Monitor international banking transactions and ensure effective coordination between local counterparties and Head Office.
- Identify, evaluate, and originate financing, trade finance, and international business opportunities that create value for the Bank and its clients.
- Support the resolution of operational issues and inquiries related to international banking products, ensuring high service and compliance standards.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the banking industry, preferably in Financial Institutions, Trade Finance, Correspondent Banking, International Banking, Treasury Products, or Representative Offices.
- Proven experience managing and developing commercial relationships with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, or similar stakeholders.
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders and Head Office teams. Applications from candidates without advanced English proficiency will not be considered
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
