Purpose
We are looking for a Copywriter. Your mission will be to be the voice behind every touchpoint that connects the brand with its audience, ensuring the brand speaks with one voice that feels authentic, familiar, and compelling. This role is fundamental to turning business objectives and creative briefs into culturally resonant content that drives acquisition.

In this role, you’ll
Write clear and error-free content for all platforms that reflects the company’s voice
Interpret creative directions and technical information to turn them into compelling copy concepts
Collaborate with designers,



CRM executives and other teams to provide pieces for large- and small-scale communication projects
Customize all written content and required assets to the target language
Ensure that the content is truthfully communicating the company's personality and is appropriately localized
Optimize written content, use SEO principles to maximize reach
Keep the sports calendar up to date in order to collaborate with social media, influencer, and other teams' strategies

What we look for in an exceptional candidate
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in communications, language or related fields
Deep familiarity and grasp of Peruvian language variety and idiosyncrasy
Experience writing copies or with a specific industry, such as Sports, iGaming, Technology, etc is a bonus
Excellent communication skills in Spanish or English
Manage to deliver high-quality pieces on time and following the brand guidelines
Comfortably navigate
