What You'll Own
- Keep clients informed and reassured - provide consistent, compassionate case updates so clients always know where they stand
- Coordinate with medical providers - follow up on records, bills, and treatment documentation to keep cases moving
- Manage insurance communication - send notices of representation and communicate professionally with insurance adjusters on active files
- Own your case management data - maintain accurate, up-to-date records in MyCase and Lawmatics, so the team always has a clear picture
- Be the connective tissue - between attorneys, clients, providers, and insurers, you're the person who keeps every moving part aligned

You're the Right Fit If…
- You have prior experience in Personal Injury case management - you understand the lifecycle of a PI case and what it takes to move one forward
- You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish - you co
