You will be joining our EMEA Indirect Tax Team , responsible for the timely and accurate indirect tax reporting (VAT returns, Intrastat, EU Sales Listings), the correct application of VAT charges , and supporting key finance operations across the region. The team partners closely with AP, AR, Vendor & Customer Master Data, GL, Credit & Collections ,



and supports the organisation's strategic ambitions by navigating evolving indirect tax regulations such as e-invoicing, leveraging automation and AI to scale efficiently, and supporting business growth and expansion into new markets. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in multinational tax operations, work closely with finance stakeholders, and benefit from structured onboarding and dedicated buddy/mentor support throughout the program. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of indirect tax compliance obligations such as: VAT returns Intrastat submissions EU Sales Listings (for multiple countries) After initial training, support the team with reviewing the correct VAT treatment of invoices , including identifying potential mismatches and supporting corrections and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
